The Project Intelligence and Management Research Lab (PiM Lab) develops engineering intelligence around four linked values: original theory, interdisciplinary AI integration, field deployment, and public value. The lab starts from real civil-engineering and governance problems and integrates AI, data science, metaheuristic optimization, large language models, computer vision, risk analytics, and domain knowledge into methods and systems that are computable, verifiable, explainable, and deployable.
